Rue 74 - Indira & David
While Morago captures his creations on his immense monochromatic canvases, Indira composes in her studio the tracks that will later come to light in the world’s best clubs. Music and art fill their lives, and although they are citizens of the world, they have built their dream home in the Sierra de Madrid—an oasis full of peace with reminiscent touches of the island of Lanzarote, where they live with the rest of the family, Tekila & Bacon. Welcome.
It runs in his blood: David, the son and grandson of artists, spent much of his childhood among canvases and at the Museum of Natural Sciences, where he analyzed and contemplated static animals, as well as their records and catalogings. All these experiences are responsible for his representative and renowned hyperrealistic style, so deeply linked to nature.
Indira, half Italian and half Canarian, inherited from her father a sensitivity to music and his free spirit—a doctor by profession and a DJ in 90s Goa. From her Italian mother comes her strength and character; both inspired Indira to precociously start creating music at the age of 16. Today, she travels the globe playing at the world’s best clubs, designs fashion, cooks, and creates in every single one of her facets.
